Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy

- We appreciate you and your business and we hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com within 30 days from the Date of Purchase with your Transaction ID # and your issue of concern.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
- Only items damaged upon arrival are eligible for a complimentary replacement. A (1) photo of the damaged item with it’s original packaging and (2) a detailed damage description must be validated by our Sales Team for replacement approval.
- If you would like to return an item for any other reason(s) other than damage upon receipt (we fulfilled your order incorrectly, the item had a defect, etc.) we will respond with further instructions of how to ship it back to us and information regarding your refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Please note that PayPal refunds may take 7-10 business days.
- New Item Exchanges may be requested if the requested substitute is available.
- You may be subject to the applicable shipping fees for the exchange.
