What tips do you have for asking permission to hunt private land?

Hey Grant, I have been fortunate to be able to hunt some great properties over the past few years. Although, I’m looking for some more opportunities. What are some tips you have when asking for permission to hunt on private property?

Clayton,

I simply treat folks as I wish to be treated. I don’t show up during meal time or late and offer to trade work or payment for trespass rights.  There’s a huge amount of wisdom in Jesus’ words of treat others as you wish to be treated.
