What knife do you use to process venison?

I saw you in a video processing your own deer meat and I really liked the knife you were using but I never found out what brand of knife it was. All I saw on the blade was a G5 stamped on it. I really liked the knife and I was wanting to purchase one just like the one you were using. Could you please tell me the name of the company that makes them, the brand, and model name of the knife you were using and also the website I can go to in order to purchase one? Thank you

We made that GrowingDeer episode a few years ago.  I use a Outdoor Edge Razor-lite knife.  I really like the grip, but most importantly I like the ability to change blades instantly.  These scalpel sharp blades are protected by a steel holder that allows me to make tough cuts without fear of breaking the scalpel blade.
