Should I purchase this property?

I have been looking at farms in lewis county ky for a while now and i have gotten it down to one farm. It has been managed for 5 years and the neighbor who owns 80 acres has been managing it for 8 years. There is a couple little food plots on it that r normally planted in clover and normal kill plot seeds like whitetail institutes ambush. There is a well maintained trail system and it is very thick.
